This is the website of Axel Ventures. It describes what we invest in and how to get in touch. It is information about a firm, and nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Do not act on anything here without your own advisers.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any offer is made only through definitive offering documents, only to accredited investors, and only after a relationship exists.
When you send the form you are telling us the truth about who you are, including whether you are a founder or an accredited investor. We rely on that. Sending it does not create any relationship between us, does not oblige us to reply, and does not entitle you to access. We decide who we talk to and we may decline without giving a reason.
Do not send confidential information through the form. If you are a founder and want to share something sensitive, say so and we will find a better channel.
If you are given portal access, it is for you alone. Do not share your sign-in link, your code, or anything you find inside it. Everything in a deal room is confidential and belongs to the company it concerns as much as to us. Access can be withdrawn at any time.
Signing documents and moving money happen with our fund administrator, not on this site.
The words, layout and code on this site are ours. The photographs are licensed. The company names and logos shown belong to those companies and appear because we are investors in them, not because they endorse us. Their sites are their own and we are not responsible for what is on them.
We try to keep this site accurate and available and we do not promise either. Information can go out of date, and pages can be down. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you relied on here.
